Opportunities

A connected pathway to build capability, access opportunity and create value

Opportunities Overview

A platform for people, partners and capability
Alliance Property & Infrastructure Services Pty Ltd (APIS) is building an integrated property, infrastructure and advisory platform designed to connect people, specialist capability and service demand in a more coordinated way. We create pathways for employees, contractors, suppliers, consultants and delivery partners to contribute to meaningful client outcomes while developing their own capability and commercial potential.
The APIS opportunity model is not simply a directory of roles or suppliers. It is a connected environment where capability is understood, requirements are clearer, performance is visible and relationships can be developed on a more disciplined foundation. This supports better outcomes for clients and creates a more practical way for capable people and businesses to participate in complex service environments.

THE APIS MARKET GATEWAY

APIS brings people, capability, systems and service demand together through a connected ecosystem for employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers and delivery partners.

Opportunity pathways

01 / EXPLORE

Understand where your skills, service capability or business model fits.

02 / QUALIFY

Provide the credentials, information and evidence relevant to the opportunity.

03 / CONNECT

Be matched to suitable pathways, subject to APIS requirements and client needs.

04 / GROW

Build capability, performance and commercial potential through accountable delivery.

Participation in any APIS pathway is subject to the relevant assessment, commercial terms, compliance requirements, client needs and available opportunities. Registration, accreditation or engagement with APIS does not guarantee work, employment or a specific volume of activity.

Why APIS

The value of joining a connected operating model
APIS is for people and organisations that want to be part of a more accountable, technology-enabled and collaborative approach to managing property, infrastructure, projects and trade services. We are building the operational foundations that help capable people do stronger work: clear expectations, useful information, coordinated processes and a shared focus on client outcomes.

The value of joining the APIS ecosystem

A CONNECTED ECOSYSTEM
APIS brings together professional advisory, managed services, contractor coordination, technology-enabled job management and market-access pathways – creating a clearer bridge between capability and demand.

A high-performance culture with practical purpose

We believe better service delivery starts with people who take ownership, communicate clearly and care about the result. APIS values capability, integrity, reliability and a willingness to improve. Whether you are a team member, consultant, contractor or business partner, you are expected to contribute to a workplace and delivery environment that is professional, respectful and outcome-focused.

BUILT FOR SHARED VALUE

APIS aims to make it easier for clients to access the right capability and for capable people and businesses to participate in well-governed opportunities. The stronger the delivery ecosystem, the stronger the outcome for everyone involved.

Contractors & Suppliers

A disciplined path to network participation
APIS is developing a national network of capable contractors, specialist service providers and suppliers who can support maintenance, compliance, projects, emergency response and broader service delivery requirements. Our approach is designed to make contractor participation more structured, transparent and productive for clients and service providers alike.

Who we are seeking

We welcome expressions of interest from licensed, insured and capable businesses across core and specialist trades, including plumbing, electrical and communications, HVAC and mechanical, fire and essential services, security, cleaning and hygiene, roofing, glazing, building, structural, landscaping, restoration, defects rectification and general property repairs and maintenance.

Contractors & Suppliers

What a better contractor relationship looks like

Registration and engagement

Contractor and supplier registration enables APIS to understand your business, assess relevant credentials and determine whether your capability may suit current or future client requirements. Depending on the service category and opportunity, APIS may request information about licences, insurances, safety systems, references, geographic coverage, capacity, pricing approach and relevant experience.
IMPORTANT

Registration and prequalification are not an offer of work or an employment relationship. Work is allocated only where an approved opportunity exists and is subject to the applicable client, commercial, safety, compliance and contractual requirements.

APIS Contractor Connect

Technology-enabled allocation and job management
APIS Contractor Connect is the technology-enabled service environment supporting smarter contractor and job management. It is designed to replace fragmented emails, spreadsheets, phone calls and disconnected contractor records with a clearer workflow for receiving requests, allocating work, tracking progress, managing approvals and recording delivery outcomes.
A better way to manage a job

A better way to manage a job

From simple repairs to complex work programs

The same connected model can support a straightforward reactive repair or more complex projects involving multiple trades, staged approvals, specialist suppliers and client stakeholders. The goal is not to remove professional judgement; it is to give that judgement better information, stronger workflow control and a clearer record of what has occurred.

THE PRACTICAL BENEFIT

APIS Contractor Connect helps organisations spend less time chasing information and coordinating disconnected suppliers, and more time managing risk, cost, client experience and delivery outcomes.
Contractors can receive more consistent job information and a simpler pathway to update status, submit evidence and manage delivery requirements.

Market Access & Supplier Development

Readiness, capability and commercial opportunity
The APIS Market Access Program is designed to help capable contractors, suppliers, consultants and service providers become more visible, better prepared and easier for clients to engage. It brings together business readiness, compliance, operational capability and the opportunity to be considered for suitable work within the APIS delivery ecosystem.

How the program can help

Market Access & Supplier Development

For clients: a stronger supply ecosystem

04

Create a pathway for high-performing local, regional, small and specialist businesses to be considered alongside broader network capability.

05

Strengthen the overall supply base available to APIS clients through disciplined onboarding, performance feedback and continuous improvement.

Clients that participate in APIS Contractor Connect can help strengthen their own supply chain by introducing trusted providers, supporting onboarding and contributing to the service standards that matter within their portfolios. This can improve local coverage, reduce single-supplier dependency and build a more responsive, compliant and accountable delivery network over time.

COMMERCIAL CLARITY

Market-access and supplier-development pathways are designed to support mutual value. Each engagement remains subject to the relevant procurement process, client direction, assessment criteria and commercial agreement.

Consultants & Advisory Professionals

Expertise connected to client outcomes
APIS offers a connected platform for experienced professionals who want to apply their expertise to real client challenges across property, infrastructure and operational service delivery. We are interested in professionals who can bring strategic insight, technical depth and practical judgement – and who understand that effective advice must be capable of implementation.

Areas of opportunity

Consultants & Advisory Professionals

An integrated advisory and delivery environment

04

Environmental, sustainability, energy, waste and resource-efficiency advisory.

05

Service delivery improvement, mobilisation, contractor management and portfolio transformation.

APIS connects advisory work with the operating context in which recommendations must succeed. Consultants may have opportunities to work alongside operations teams, technical specialists, contractors and client stakeholders – helping move from diagnosis and strategy to mobilisation, delivery and measurable improvement.

PRACTICAL EXPERTISE

We value consultants who communicate well, work collaboratively and can translate complex insight into clear, commercially grounded and implementable action.

Professional, operational and early-career pathways

Career growth at every stage

Opportunities may range from early-career and coordinator roles through to technical specialist, management and leadership positions. APIS supports a workplace where people can build capability through practical experience, mentoring, structured learning, exposure to multidisciplinary teams and progressively greater accountability.

Working Environment, Capability & Recognition

The expectations and support behind performance
APIS is building a working environment that is structured enough to support quality and accountability, while remaining collaborative, adaptable and focused on solving real problems. We want people and partners to have clarity about what good looks like, confidence in the systems that support them and the opportunity to build capability through meaningful work.

How we work

Consultants & Advisory Professionals

The APIS model is designed to give people clearer information, more purposeful coordination and fewer avoidable hand-offs – helping capable people spend more time on quality work and less time navigating unnecessary friction.

Capability and recognition

APIS intends to support relevant learning, system familiarisation, accreditation and performance development across its ecosystem. Strong performance may be recognised through greater responsibility, preferred-partner consideration, access to additional opportunities or leadership pathways, always subject to business needs, applicable criteria and relevant agreements.

Growth Partnerships

Potential franchising and licensing pathways
APIS is exploring carefully structured growth partnerships that may enable experienced operators and aligned organisations to participate in the expansion of the APIS platform. Depending on the market, opportunity and APIS strategy, this may include collaborative delivery partnerships, regional operating arrangements, licensing or franchising-style models.

What an aligned partnership may involve

A deliberate approach

04

A commitment to compliant, client-focused service delivery and transparent performance management.

05

A clear commercial model documented through appropriate due diligence and definitive agreements.

APIS will only consider partnership structures where they are commercially sound, operationally credible and capable of protecting clients, participants and the APIS brand. Availability, territories, rights, fees, obligations and any revenue arrangements would be determined separately for each approved opportunity and documented in formal agreements.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

If you are an experienced operator, service business or industry leader interested in discussing a potential growth partnership, APIS welcomes a confidential expression of interest. An enquiry is not an offer, franchise disclosure document or commitment by either party.

Fair, Inclusive & Respectful Opportunities

A merit-based approach to engagement

APIS is committed to creating an environment where people are treated fairly and evaluated on relevant capability, experience, conduct and performance. We believe diverse perspectives, local knowledge and different professional backgrounds strengthen the quality of decisions, relationships and delivery outcomes.

Our commitment

OPPORTUNITY WITH ACCOUNTABILITY

An inclusive ecosystem is not only about access. It is about creating the conditions for capable people and businesses to perform, contribute and be assessed fairly against clear expectations.

APIS expects all employees, contractors, consultants and partners to contribute to a safe, professional and respectful environment. Our commitment is informed by applicable Australian employment, equal-opportunity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and related legal obligations.
